Thomas W. Courtney, Jr. has a background in private equity and investment banking. Previously he founded The Courtney Group, Incorporated, a merchant banking firm handling private equity investments and investment banking with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising in industry sectors including: chemicals, plastics, manufacturing, and technology. Mr. Courtney has completed 13 private equity investments and over 120 advisory assignments. Prior to founding The Courtney Group in 1995, Mr. Courtney worked at Morgan Stanley & Co., Alex. Brown & Sons, James D. Wolfensohn, Incorporated and Peers & Co.

Rohn Crabtree is a senior executive with a background in finance and operations a record of building companies. Previously he was President and CEO of Newport Energy Holdings LLC, a special purpose entity targeting the acquisition of energy processing assets, including fuels and power generation. Prior to founding Newport Energy Holdings, he served as President and CEO of Calpine Canada Power Ltd., the top performing income fund in the power sector during his tenure. Mr. Crabtree also served as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance for Calpine Corporation, a Fortune 300 energy company. Mr. Crabtree has over 20 years in the energy industry and has raised over $6 billion in financing for more than 30 projects.

Eric Knight was previously founder and Managing Partner of Infrastar Advisors LLC a power, energy and waste management industry advisory firm that provided corporate clients with strategic, acquisition finance and structuring advice. Prior to founding Infrastar Advisors in 2002, Mr. Knight was a Managing Director of the Leveraged Finance group at Bear Stearns & Co., and was responsible for the structuring of over $4 billion of leveraged loans and high-yield bonds. Prior to Bear Stearns he was a Managing Director of Scotia Capital's Acquisition Finance & Private Equity Sponsor group responsible for over $5 billion in committed leveraged loan, high yield bond assets, and equity commitments to over 30 private equity funds as well as direct private equity investments.

Bruce Matheson was previously a founder and Managing Partner of Infrastar Advisors LLC a power, energy and waste management industry advisory firm that providing corporate clients with strategic, acquisition finance and structuring advice. Prior to founding Infrastar Advisors in 2002, Mr. Matheson was a Managing Director responsible for US Project Finance clients of Scotia Capital and a leveraged loan portfolio of over $4 billion. Mr. Matheson in his capacities at Scotia was a three time recipient of Project Finance of the Year awards by Institutional Investor and Euromoney Publications. Prior to his responsibilities in Project Finance, he was a Managing Director in Scotia Capital Loan Syndications overseeing as lead financier over $5 billion of Scotia Capital lead arranger financings.
